While our current suite of over 50 web utilities is provided as a free service, JSA Tools Hub reserves the right to transition select existing tools, as well as newly developed advanced tools, into a paid premium tier in the future. Any such premium services will be clearly designated and subject to separate billing terms and pricing agreements. Continued use of those specific premium tools will constitute your acceptance of those terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international business laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
